January 18, 2026 Bowling Event

🎳Join us for an afternoon of bowling, a basket raffle, and a 50/50 raffle on Sunday, January 18, 2026 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Transit Lanes (7850 Transit Road, Williamsville, NY 14221)!  🎳


EARLY BIRD TICKET PRICING IS NOW AVAILABLE, ONLY ON GIVEBACKS: $22.00 per bowler includes 2 games of bowling, shoe rental, 1 slice of cheese pizza, and 1 small soda.  Non-bowlers do not need a ticket, but this is not a drop off event: parents/guardians must stay with their child(ren).  This special offer ENDS on 12/31/25.  On January 1st, ticket prices will increase to $25 each.  Get yours today! 

This year we are providing an option to buy the tickets for the basket raffle on Givebacks. Stay tuned for basket raffle tickets to go on sale on Givebacks! If you select this option, we will have your raffle tickets waiting for you when you arrive at the event.  There will also be opportunities to buy more raffle tickets at the event.  The additional 50/50 raffle will be cash only.

***Bowler Names are REQUIRED at time of purchase. If the bowlers are CP students, please also add their grade and teacher name. Tickets without this information will be refunded.***

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

·        All bowlers must purchase a ticket.  Non-bowlers do not need a ticket. THIS IS NOT A DROP OFF EVENT.  PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE REQUIRED TO REMAIN ON SITE WITH BOWLERS!!!

·        If you are purchasing tickets for multiple bowlers, each ticket must be separate with the required information of name of the bowler and, if applicable, their grade and teacher (though you may buy them in a single transaction).

·        To request multiple bowlers on one lane, please include the names of the other bowlers under "Special Requests". We will do our best to accommodate the request. If you purchase an entire lane (6 tickets) please include names for each bowler and we will reserve the lane for you.

·        Single student bowlers are welcome and will be placed on lanes with kids in their class/grade wherever possible.

·        If you are purchasing 6+ tickets and would like adjoining lanes, please include a note in the "Special Requests" field below.

·        We want to make sure there is room for everyone!!! Because this event sells out every year and has a waitlist, ALL lanes will be assigned up to 6 bowlers!

·        If you would like to make a special lane request (placement with a particular student, classmate, or group of bowlers), please include a note in the "Special Requests" field below.

·        Registration opens at 12:30pm on the day of the event. Please be ready with the bowler shoe size at check in to expedite the process.

·        Everyone is welcome! Family, friends, and staff are welcome to join in the fun!

·        The PTA will do its best to accommodate requests, but please understand that this is a large undertaking and no guarantees can be made. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

***BONUS***

Last year we raffled off some experience tickets for front row seats to your child’s special performances.  We will be doing this again!  Stay tuned for information regarding the release of these “special” raffle items.

***Last but not least***

WE ARE IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS FOR THE BOWLING EVENT!  We are looking for 2-3 parents to be on the bowling committee to help with the planning and organizing.  We are also asking for additional volunteers for the day of the event.  Please consider signing up and being a part of this amazing event!
