🪧IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL OUR VOLUNTEERS: 

As of November 2025, the district has streamlined its Parent Volunteer paperwork for those who volunteer in the lunchroom and/or volunteer at Country Parkway on a regular basis (e.g., Room Parents or lunchroom parents).

If you currently volunteer, or would like to volunteer regularly at Country Parkway, please log into your WITS account to view our Parent Volunteer training slideshow. It can be found on the WITS homepage by clicking on "CP Volunteer Information." After watching the slideshow, please complete the Parent Volunteer Google Form, which is also located on your WITS page. The entire process should take approximately 10 minutes. School administrators will be notified once you complete the form.

We encourage all parents to consider completing the training so that, should you begin volunteering in any capacity on a "regular basis", the process will already be complete. *If a grandparent, etc. wants to come in they will need to have the parent/guardian log into WITS for them and complete the form with their grandparent, etc. name. That means grandparents and other family members can still be regular volunteers in the school, as long as the volunteer training has been completed in their name.*

Please note: If you are a lunchroom parent,, the school will confirm that the form has been completed prior to entry. As always, thank you for your continued support in upholding the district procedures that maximize the safety of our students and staff!

We are looking for volunteers to help in the lunchroom during UPK to grade 4 lunchtimes!

Please note that only those individuals who have been scheduled for a lunch period will be permitted to enter the building for the purpose of volunteering. The Main Office is provided with an updated calendar so they are aware and prepared when volunteers arrive at the school. All adults need a valid ID to enter the building. Pop-ins are not allowed at this time. Thank you for understanding and your cooperation!

Volunteers assist with lunch distribution, support CP cafeteria staff & school personnel, and help our students open difficult packaging (i.e., milk cartons, juice boxes, string cheese, etc.). This is a great opportunity to see your child during the school day while getting a glimpse at the classroom dynamic!
