Local Author Spotlight 2025

Celebrating the works of local author and puppeteer, Adam Kreutinger!

In collaboration with the Literacy Action Committee, the PTA, Mr. Barnes and Mrs. Skinner, students recently enjoyed activities with the works of local author, Adam Kreutinger, who had connections directly to Country Parkway. Mr. Kreutinger was widely known in the puppeteer community, and is the author of four puppetry related books. In addition, he attended schools in WCSD and later student taught with our very own Mr. Asklar to become a talented Art teacher! 

In order to ensure Mr. Kreutinger's books can be enjoyed by our students for years to come, the CP PTA purchased his books for our classrooms and our school library!
