Dear CP Families,

Welcome to the Country Parkway PTA! Whether you’re brand new to CP, have been part of our school community for years, or are just getting to know the PTA, we’re so glad you’re here.

The CP PTA welcomes everyone who wants to be part of our school community, including parents, caregivers, teachers, staff, and community members. Together, we work toward a shared goal: helping every Country Parkway student learn, grow, and reach their potential, and supporting and enriching CP's learning environment so all students can thrive.

So, what does the PTA actually do? Lots of things! From family events and student programs to classroom enrichment, staff appreciation, school improvements, fundraising, and advocacy, we work behind the scenes (and sometimes very visibly!) to support our students and school community.

But the PTA is about more than what we fund or the events we organize. It’s about partnership and community.  We work to make our school a place where every child feels supported and included, and we believe children do best when families, educators, and the community work together. Every child is valued, and every voice has a place.

As part of the larger PTA organization, we are committed to advocating for children, supporting their education, health, and well-being, and creating opportunities for families and educators to connect and work together.

And you don't have to attend every meeting, volunteer at every event, or even have a lot of extra time to be part of the PTA. There are so many ways to contribute - joining as a member, volunteering when you can, sharing an idea, participating in an event, supporting a fundraiser, or simply spreading the word about what’s happening at CP.
