We're Your Country Parkway PTA!
We are a volunteer-led organization made up of parents, caregivers, teachers, staff, and community members who believe that when we work together, we can achieve our shared goal: helping every Country Parkway student learn, grow, and reach their potential, and supporting and enriching CP's learning environment so all students can thrive. We want you to join us!
Throughout the school year, we:
🎉 Create memorable experiences through events, activities, and school traditions
📚 Support students and classrooms through programs, enrichment, and resources
💜 Celebrate our staff through appreciation activities and ongoing support
🏫 Invest in our school by funding projects and resources that benefit CP students
📣 Advocate for students and families and help connect our community with important information and resources
🤝 Build community by bringing families, staff, and students together
The PTA’s goal is to enrich learning and create a fun, healthy, and engaging school experience for every Country Parkway student. We provide funding and support for educational opportunities such as field trips, concerts, and plays at local venues, visiting authors, and planetarium trips at Williamsville North. We also help provide classroom supplies and resources when they cannot be covered by school budgets.
Beyond the classroom, the PTA helps make special CP traditions and experiences possible throughout the year. Annual events like Fall Fest, Art Fest, and Book Fairs all receive PTA support. Plus, special grade-level experiences like:
"Aloha to Kindergarten" Graduation
1st Grade Camp Sunshine
2nd Grade Play
3rd Grade trip to the Theater of Youth
4th Grade Moving Up Celebration
Through these efforts, we aim to enrich students’ education, create lasting memories, and make their time at Country Parkway as meaningful and enjoyable as possible.
PTA is more than a membership, and you can make your PTA participation what you want it to be - as little or as much as you'd like! Every contribution of time, talent, ideas, or financial support makes a difference. No matter which way you "choose to PTA," you are helping make CP a great place for students to learn and grow.
