Did you know parents help our Kindergarteners get on the bus during the first week of school? For just 30 minutes of your day, you can make a huge difference in helping our youngest students have a smooth, happy end to their day.

📍 Arrive at the Main Office at 2:40 p.m. to assist classroom teachers until buses are dismissed. You must have your ID to enter the school. Simply head to the kindergarten hallway, and the teachers will direct you as needed. Please stay until bus dismissal is complete, approximately 3:15 pm.

As of November 2025, the district has streamlined its volunteer paperwork for individuals who volunteer at school regularly, such as Lunch Room Helpers and Room Parents.

If you plan to volunteer regularly at Country Parkway, you’ll need to complete the Williamsville CSD Volunteer Orientation, which includes a short instructional slideshow and acknowledgement form.

We encourage parents and caregivers to consider completing the training in advance so you're ready if you decide to volunteer regularly in the future.

Other family members (i.e., grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.) are also welcome to volunteer. After completing the training, the volunteer's name must be submitted on the acknowledgement form by a student's parent or guardian through WITS. Once completed, they are eligible to volunteer regularly at the school.

• Click "CP Volunteer Information" in the left navigation menu

• After watching the slideshow, please complete the Parent Volunteer Google Form, also located on your WITS page.

The entire process should take approximately 10 minutes. School administrators will be notified once you complete the form.
