For Country Parkway Elementary School 2026-2027 School Year

Kindergarten Registration for 2026-2027 is now available to Country Parkway Elementary School residents. Please click the link below to begin the process of registering for kindergarten. All students must be 5 years old on/before December 1, 2026. Please register by Friday, March 27th.

Documents needed to complete enrollment:

1) Birth Certificate

2) Immunization Record

3) Physical with Doctor's signature

4) Custody paperwork if applicable

4) Two Current Proofs of Residency (one from List A and one from List B)

List A

• Mortgage Statement

• Full signed rental lease (all pages)

• Deed or Closing disclosure (no older than 45 days)

• Property Tax Bill

• Utility Bill sent to and for the current address

List B

• Homeowners Insurance (if started in last 45 days)

• Different Utility Bill from list A or Cellphone Bill

• Post Office Change of Address Confirmation Letter

• Health Insurance or Medical Bill

• Car Registration/Driver s license/W2 form/Paystub
